For this, you have to move to the settings option and then scroll down to find the option of software update after which you have to click on the option of download and install to get the new update. 

Clear the Data Cache of the Instagram App 

To clear cache on Instagram you have to go to settings and then scroll down to find the option of apps & notifications and click on it. 

Subsequent to this you have to locate the Instagram app and hit on it, later on, roll down and discover and click the selection of storage & cache followed by the clear cache. 

Uninstall and Re-install the Application
